How can I track my order?

How long does shipping usually take?

Do you send orders worldwide?

Yes — we deliver internationally, including Europe, the UK, the USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Shipping rates are calculated during checkout.

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, with their original tags attached and packaging preserved. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Full details are available on our Returns & Exchanges page.

I picked the wrong size. What should I do?

No worries. We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery. If the item is unused and still in its original condition, you can request the correct size. For more information, visit our Returns & Exchanges page.
