Return & Exchange Policy
At Revivo Avenue, we want your experience to be as smooth and considered as the pieces we design. If something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Returns
If you’d like to return an item, simply make sure it is unused, in original condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.

Subject: Return / Exchange – [Your Order Number]
In your message, kindly include:
- Full name
- Order number
- Email address
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Tracking number (if already available)
We ask that you contact us prior to sending your return, so we can assist and ensure everything is handled smoothly.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, style, or prefer another item of equal value, we’re happy to offer a free exchange. We will dispatch your exchange promptly — no need to place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible. We’ll prioritise a fast resolution and ensure the correct piece reaches you without delay.
Items Not Eligible
Please note that final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure the package reaches us safely.
Refunds
As soon as we receive your return, we’ll begin processing your refund.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
Refunds are typically completed within a few business days, depending on your payment provider. In some cases, it may take up to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
