Delivery & Coverage
We ship worldwide with trusted carriers such as Chronopost, DHL, FedEx, DPD, Royal Mail, UPS, Australia Post. All orders are dispatched with tracked delivery, and a tracking number is automatically provided by email once your package leaves our warehouse.
Estimated Delivery Times
Our logistics partners allow us to offer swift delivery to most destinations. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

4–7 business days: France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States

6–8 business days: Australia, Canada, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Czech Republic, Sweden, Norway, Finland

7–11 business days: Cyprus, Malta, New Zealand, and selected destinations outside the EU or North America
Please note that these are average delivery times. Occasional variations may occur due to local holidays or customs processing.
Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
Shipping is free on all orders over €100 or $120 USD. For orders below this threshold, applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before confirmation.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
Revivo Avenue covers all import duties, VAT, and customs-related charges.
You will never be asked to pay any additional fees upon delivery — the price you see at checkout is final.
This applies to all international destinations we serve.
Tracking & Delivery Process
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time.
If a third party is receiving the order on your behalf, local regulations may require presentation of a valid ID matching the delivery name.
Should a package be undeliverable due to address errors or absence, it will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, our team will contact you to arrange a new shipment or alternative solution.

We understand that finding the right size or style can take time. That’s why we offer free exchanges for another size, style, or product of similar value — no additional shipping fees, no questions asked.
